How can I change my delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us to ensure your request is dealt with urgently. We are unable to guarantee any address change requests will be carried through successfully and we advise you to please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.
Royal Mail (1st Class) Once your order has been processed, you should receive your item within 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail (2nd Class) Outside UK Mainland: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, All Islands including Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Shetland, Orkney and Hebrides. Shipping takes anywhere from 2-3 working days.
Royal Mail International Tracked - Outside The UK We can ship to most countries overseas, usually via an international delivery service provided by Royal Mail depending on customs procedures should take no more than 5-7 business days

What is your Online Return Policy?
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way, or should you receive damaged or faulty product, or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Our customer service team via contact form will then send you instructions on where to send the products back. When shipping any products back to us, you will need to ensure that the packaging has not been opened and is in its original condition before returning the product.
All refunds will be made by method of payment, excluding delivery costs.
